I am beyond excited about my new vintage sofa. I scored it at a consignment shop for a shockingly low price. I am pretty certain that fate led me to find her. I had only a half an hour to kill in between a play date and a kid birthday party so I popped on in to one of my favorite Saturday morning stops and there she was, practically singing to me. I’ve been looking for a girl just like this for portraits for my “someday studio” but instead of me finding her, I think she actually found me. Not sure if I will ever have a real studio, but a girl can dream, right? For now, this gal will live in my living room, and I have no problem changing the entire color scheme I had planned to suit her. You see, I have lived in my ‘new’ house for over two years and I still have had an empty living room. Boy am I glad I took my time. Stay tuned on my other blog for my living room progress.
