Liz and Adam’s long and winding love story began ten years ago and although its so cliché, I just have to say, they sure seem to be perfect together. Together they enjoy boating, being outdoors and spending time with their families as well as their beloved dogs, Tug and Rex. If I were a dog, I would most certainly want Liz and Adam as my family. Liz LOVES her dogs. In fact her maid of honor’s achingly funny wedding speech was a list of ways to make Adam a happy husband by treating him as well as she treats her dogs. Nothing a good ol’ scratch on the head and pat on the butt won’t fix, right? But seriously, I’m not a dog and I would still love to be in Liz and Adam’s family. After shooting their engagement photos last fall and their wedding this year, I have come to know them as two of the kindest, most genuinely nice people ever, and I would be honored to be counted among their circle of friends. And as much as Liz loves her dogs, it is clear that she loves her family and friends even more…and Adam most. And it is no doubt Adam absolutely adores her.
On this beautiful day, long imagined, now real, under a sky blue sky, surrounded by the crystal clear waters of Lake Michigan and encompassed in the love of family and friends, Liz and Adam became husband and wife. It was a magnificent day.
