A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of hanging out in the Third Ward with Katie and Joe and their delightfully spirited little boy, Aaron. I say this with the warmest appreciation for an enthusiastic preschooler, since I have a vibrant and adventurous one of my own . 🙂 The sweetie pie kept me on my toes, while his mom and dad provided lovely conversation as we strolled around the bustling streets of the Historic Third Ward. It’s evenings like this that I am reminded why I love Milwaukee so much and all it has to offer, with its beautifully eclectic neighborhoods and the friendliest people in the country. If you’ve heard of “Minnesota nice” you have to come to Milwaukee to and hang out with families like this one and you’ll quickly learn why I think there should be a “Milwaukee nice.”
