Jake Goldstein Bar Mitzvah | Congregation Shalom | Milwaukee Event Photographer

A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of photographing Jake’s long awaited Bar Mitzvah at Congregation Shalom followed by a lovely brunch at North Shore Country Club. I had originally met Amy and Darren’s extended family when I photographed Sam’s Bar Mitzvah almost three years ago, so it was fun to see the whole family again and to document this special day as well as how much the kids have grown! While this momentous occasion had to be delayed due to the pandemic and wasn’t exactly the party that Amy and Darren had originally planned, it was absolutely perfect, nonetheless. I absolutely love the tradition, the beauty, and the love that surrounds an event like this and delayed or not, nothing can take away from the incredible moments that were shared as a family that day.
