Hello Jaxon | Milwaukee Lifestyle Newborn Photographer

Sweet little Jaxon was welcomed into the world early last month and I had the pleasure of capturing these special moments of him at home with his mom and dad when he was just a few weeks old. Isn’t he just the most precious little guy with those big beautiful eyes and perfect little lips?! This was a truly special session for me for a number of reasons. First, this darling little dude has the same name and spelling as our youngest! 🙂  Second, I first met Jaxon’s dad, Josh, almost 20 years ago (gulp!) when he was my student during my first year of teaching! I grew to know and adore Josh’s whole family throughout my first few years of teaching, and for many years got updates on him and his siblings from his lovely mom when I’d see her substitute teaching in our schools. Half a dozen years ago I ran into Josh and his brother when I was shooting a wedding and could barely believe my eyes that they were all grown up and towering over me! Apparently they aged and I didn’t. Ha! Fast forward just a couple years and Josh had become my husband’s colleague and friend and just a few more years and here I am photographing him with his sweet little baby and gorgeous wife in their beautiful home. Talk about full circle. Needless to say, my heart is absolutely overflowing that I get to share these images of them during this treasured time. Alex and Josh, I was honored to capture these milestone moments for you and loved learning about the beginnings of your love story. ❤️ Jaxon sure is a lucky little guy to be welcomed into a home and family full of so much love. xoxo

Hi, I'm Erin...

...and this is me and my soulmate. Wanna know more about me and my crazy, beautiful, chaotic life? I have seven kids.

I LOVE coffee, travel, live music, fresh flowers and all things yoga. I'm not a fan of beer or bonfires and I REALLY can't stand bushy beards. Ewww!

I dream of living on the beach one day, where I'll sip margaritas and watch the sunset with my husband.
