I was beyond thrilled to shoot photos for my dear friends, Eileen and Elaine, in honor of their dad’s 85th birthday! The entire family spent the weekend at Blue Harbor Resort and we had planned on capturing the family together on vacation at the beach, but the weather wasn’t cooperating, thus came plan B. We met at Atwater Beach in Shorewood on Sunday evening, which turned out to be the most beautiful afternoon and the perfect conditions and lighting for family portraits. The kids were a little, let’s say, silly, having spent the entire weekend together as cousins. But I must say, in the midst of their silliness and fun we captured some magical moments of togetherness and even serenity. Happy 85th Birthday, Mike! I am honored to have your daughters among my dearest friends and to be able to know and love your entire family.
