You may remember sweet Avery and Landon from their first birthday party, or their beach photo session this fall. Its already been a year since these sweetie pies turned one, and as you can see their mama put the rest of us to shame again with her perfectly planned and beautifully decorated winter wonderland party for the twins’ second birthday. When I arrived just before the start of the party last Saturday, my jaw dropped. Seriously. The entire house was decorated for the affair and not a single corner of the room was left untouched by Jen’s creative style. It took me several minutes to just take it all in before I got started clicking away. The inspiration for her party came from here, but Jen outdid herself once again, even drumming up so much excitement about the theme that her hubby purchased a large framed print of a winter scene for their dining room and took a giant tree stump from their garage and had it made into an end table, which just may have found a permanent home in their living room.
When it was time for Avery and Landon to get ready, we headed up to their room to snap some shots of each of them before the guests were to arrive. I can’t believe how much they’ve grown since the short time ago when I saw them this fall, but most of all I was amazed at how much they’re talking. Their sweet little voices absolutely melted my heart…and when it was time for their cake, they stole the show once again with their darling little birthday crowns and their precious little smiles. Happy Birthday sweet Landon and Avery.
