Abby and Federico treated me to one of the most fun engagement sessions ever when they invited me out to Abby’s parents gorgeous homestead in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. It was like an autumn wonderland wondering around the property’s nooks and crannies to find one after another beautiful backdrops for a photo. Abby and I work together as elementary school teachers and before Abby, her mom was my colleague as well. Abby has an easy, breezy personality that made me want to be friends with her the moment I met her and Federico is an engineer from Argentina, so right there you know we have a lot in common. Did I mention I was going to be an engineer in another life? Ha! But the Spanish-speaking thing is right up my alley.  Most of Fede’s family still live in Argentina and many will be traveling here for the wedding this summer for the first or second time.  It will be an incredibly special event for so many reasons. Fede proposed to Abby on a park bench under the Eiffel Tower, so clearly Mr. Engineer has an incredibly soft, romantic side as well. Their wedding is less than one year away, so I hope that in the meantime, these images can serve as evidence of their obvious love and the beginning of their journey together.
